A raid was planned for a dungeon they'd been trying to prepare for for weeks in game. Long nights spent planning out their routes, planning what items they'd need to get and which ones they needed to craft or save up so they'd beat the dungeon the first time around and be able to go through again to collect the multi-defeat loot.
To ensure their success, one more thing was needed: snacks and energy drinks.
After agreeing to meet at a certain time, it was up to each of them to prepare in their own ways. He's sure Gloomurai is getting up to something just as important as him, as Lilia makes his way towards the student store. It's definitely a weird hour of day, somewhat earlier than they'd normally meet but still late in the evening. The store, luckily, should still be open...
Even with something going on on campus. They were told to keep clear if they could, of the courtyard, but... Eh. Lilia's still wandering along, without a care.
Oh, but who is that? The older Shroud, the light of his hair unmistakable. Lilia grins, a sly little grin, before deciding to--
Pop up in front of him as the boy walks, upside-down and with his hands up near his own head, fingers forming little claws.
"boo!"
And, a beat passes. "Shouldn't young, growing boys like yourself be asleep by now, Shroud?"
Ever see a string bean of a man with glowing blue hair, a set of razor sharp teeth, an equally sharp mind, and the kind of intelligence that makes almost anything and everything easy almost turn into a ghost right on the spot? Because that's exactly what Idia Shroud is thinking about. Having put all of his focus on just leaving his room and the dorm in order to acquire the supplies he'll need for a very long night of raiding. Optimizing. Grinding for the best loot, finding success even in the failures, though he doesn't really plan on the latter. Nah. It'd be easy as pie with him and Muscle Red, just like always.
BUT IF ONLY HE HAD HIS FRIEND RIGHT NOW!!! Then he'd have the courage to stand up to Lilia. Instead, he's just pale. More pale than usual.
"D-don't jump me like that," his voice trembles as he lowers his hands from his face with no tablet to hide behind. "And I'm out doing something important! Do you make it a habit to stalk poor unsuspecting guys like me?"
Those long, curled fingers of his go to the hem of his shirt, before tucking them into his pockets. Maybe going out in pajamas wasn't the best idea either but he didn't think he'd run into anyone this late. An unspoken curfew usually kept most of the students out of the way.
"Besides, shouldn't you be hanging from a rafter somewhere?"
Little did Idia know, Muscle Red was right in front of him. Not that Lilia knew Idia's identity, but it's still funny, ironic, who they were and the secrets they were keeping.
With an evil little grin, amused at the reaction from the housewarden. He moves ever so slightly, letting his flight bring him down to be at more of an eye level, resting his hands on his hips. He leans in, almost as if he's supposed to scold Idia. No, that wasn't technically his right when they were in different dorms, but hey. Lilia's going to have fun with this, okay?!
"I wouldn't stalk someone as boring as you," Lilia taunts, laughing. Then, he finally touches down on the ground properly. He, too, was in his pajamas, comfortable in them and unashamed of his current short shorts. "Mm, but what could be so important that you came out from your dorm, hmmm? Couldn't send the littler Shroud out for you?"
And, as he speaks, he takes a few steps forward, making a face at the question thrown back at him.
"No, no, I'm doing something important! I'm on a mission, one that comes before everything else." Does it smell a little weird out? He sniffs the air, his brows furrowing as he turns his head, trying to identify the source.
Ugh, the nerve of this guy? He's always got an aura about him that makes Idia want to wrinkle his nose and get away as quickly as possible. There's always some kind of plot or plan, some kind of trickery that he's more than willing to use on unsuspecting juniors. All he wanted to do was grab those energy drinks, maybe a few cups of ramen, and then settle back in at his battle station! That's all!
Instead all Idia can do is try to stare down Lilia using all of his might. That he's practically in his face is really telling him how much he's failing. Even then, it's not worth all the energy trying to do it.
"Of course you'd call someone that you don't understand 'boring'." Idia huffs, turning his head slightly to look away. "You'll never get me. Whatever's important to you can't possibly be as important to me."
But getting distracted by a scent? That means he's got time to escape. Right? With Lilia turning, this is his cue to get out of here. Maybe if he's quiet he can just slink away... try to be sneaky silent, tiptoe just like he's seen in cartoons...
"An accusation like that...! You wound me so, Shroud, you truly do." Lilia declares, bringing his hand to his heart, as if he really is hurt by such a statement. But, no, he's fine - he was the one who started it, by being a little brat in the first place. "There are plenty of people I've called boring, understanding them or not."
Shifting, he reaches out, slithering his arm between Idia's arm and his waist, grabbing onto his arm to keep him from sneaking away.
"It's our job to investigate. It smells off. Hints of magic, something that sparkles within my nostrils like this." Hey, at least he's gotten a more serious tone of voice? His brows and furrowed, his hands pressing in against Idia's sleeve, fingers curling against the fabric as if to keep him there.
Sorry, Idia, you'll be feeling the strength of this little fae as he practically holds you in place, taking a few steps along.
"It's the job of a Housewarden or a Vice Housewarden to investigate odd occurrences and report them to the Headmage, after all."
He mouths out a silent 'ohhhhhhh' as he feels Lilia's arm anchoring around him, knowing that at this point he's totally cooked and there's no chatroom to declare this to! Not even a small audience of just Ortho, his little brother, who isn't here to save him either. Of course there's a good reason as to why and he's more than willing to explain it as he sighs exasperatedly, taking in another deep breath through his nose and exhaling out of his mouth.
And then he... really doesn't feel like saying much else. There's a heat that begins to grow in the depths of his stomach. Idia's not exactly in tune with his own physical reactions to things; it's almost like he swallowed something hot when he hasn't eaten anything all day.
"I'm pretty sure the job of a Housewarden is to cover up for the Headmage and then let him take the credit." He grumbles, letting himself get pulled in the direction that Idia is sort of dragging him. It's when they get closer to the source of whatever was picked up by that sharp little (and cute) nose of Lilia's that Idia begins to understand.
"Oh. I think... that's kind of weird, isn't it?"
What a pain. What a bother. He should've just had some student deliver him the goods. Instead, he's growing more and more... agitated. Yeah. That A word.
Tragically for Idia, but luckily in the case of the situation they are about to stumble upon, there was no chat to declare this to, no onlookers to complain to, to have a little sidebar with about the annoying little Fae that's currently dragging him along by the arm. Not that Lilia wants to stay out all that late, either. He has plans! Not that he'd every tell Idia about that, unless he was really frustrated for some reason or other. No, he's keeping that mysterious image of the strange little bat, thank you very much.
Anyways. Idia's complaining grumble is ignored, as Lilia continues to lead them on their investigation detour. There's a heat that's already growing within Lilia as well, one that he's ignoring in favor of this investigation. One that, had he paid attention to it, it might not have led them so far towards the source in the first place.
"It is." Lilia murmurs, his brows furrowed, knit together so very tight, "... I believe the source is near. I recognize this smell... I think." Lilia sniffs the air again, grimacing as realization hits him instantly, with how close they were now.
"Well. I had no clue that flower was native here. Perhaps some other student thought it would be funny to play a prank and plant some around."
And, his other arm will join his previous one, holding onto Idia's, pressing it close to his chest, his body, pressing in against him. Really, who better to go about this little mission with than someone who he wouldn't feel bad abandoning here to deal with his own arousal?
"We'll need to remove them. Then I will allow you to get on with your night. Can you handle that much?"
Somehow, the vibes have changed in the most drastic of ways. Where there was a lingering frustration of having his time wasted and pulled in a different direction, there is now a growing anticipation that's becoming harder and harder to ignore. That any and all physical urges, usually handled in a discreet fashion at a computer desk, are starting to rise in an embarrassing way? They're out in public? It's not like Idia hasn't had a random erection pop up out of nowhere but he could usually just ignore it. He could control his teenage hormones easy as that.
"Can't we leave gardening to our juniors? Someone who likes flowers, because that isn't me! I can't get my hands dirty, I need to keep them nice and ready for later."
For what is basically an e-date under the guise of a night-long session of gaming, but he's not going to say that much Lilia. He doesn't deserve to know! Especially if he's going to keep dragging him towards the source of that scent, of that spicy sweet something that's starting to fill his senses in the worst way.
"We don't have to be the ones that do it... come on..."
Maybe if he keeps whining out loud? Complaining and grumbling might annoy the Fae to the point where he'd let him go! But he's also sort of getting annoyed by how his pants aren't likely to conceal what's been growing steadily this entire time, despite how this entire situation shouldn't be getting him aroused. Yet here he is.
Surely Idia is not that stupid; they've already been infected. They'd need to take care of this, to keep others from needing to. It would only get worse if these flowers start to spread and pop up in other places, across campus. Imagine if they started to grow within some of the dorms - students wouldn't be able to focus at all, let alone keep their hands off of each other.
"Again, it would be irresponsible to allow this problem to persist. The longer it does, the more flowers will pop up. They will spread, find their ways into the worst of places, interrupt ours and others learning." Lilia declares, rolling his eyes.
"You can't get your hands dirty? Fine. Then help me find them and I will get on my hands and knees while you oversee and ensure I get each one. Or you can make yourself useful and use a little magic to help get rid of them."
See, Lilia's in a bit of a better position, with his hoodie. It can hide, somewhat, the erection that's sure to form more and more behind his shorts. He pulls one arm back from Idia's, to carefully adjust his hoodie, trying to make sure that he was concealed and completely covered up. No need to show that off, hmm?
Oh, and! They're close enough that his skin is flushed, lightly. One more sniff, one more glance around in the dark, somewhat more better at seeing when it's like this rather than during the day, and--
"Over there." He points, his breathing hitching just slightly. It's too much. He turns, to better face Idia, tugging him by the arm and slowly shifting his hand along his arm, to instead grab at his waist. "We might need to... take care of the effects first."
Huh, is that a Premo shirt...? Gloomurai likes them-- ah, shit. He was going to be late at this point, wasn't he?
Indeed, the kind of brand that he mentioned to Muscle Red--- their conversations bordered on the intimate at times while they mindlessly grinded all sorts of encounters of various difficulties. Nothing was ever TOO hard for them! And honestly if Muscle Red were here, he'd probably be a better partner than whatever the hell Lilia is. He's strongarming him into doing physical labor. What a pain. He's thinking about how nice it'll be when he sat back down at the computer and getting ready to enjoy hours upon hours of mindless bliss.
Instead? He's facing the issue that Lilia might not be as efficient as he can be. Lilia might get distracted. Lose focus. If anyone's going to do the weeding, it should be Idia. It'll be a pain getting dirt out from underneath his fingernails, but if it means going fast AND doing it right the first time---
"Nah. I got this. Just get out of the way," he grumbles. He's brushing past the smaller Fae and going right down to the ground, knees hitting the earth. It might be a pain getting rid of the dirt stains later but that's why Ortho is so great. Even though Lilia's hands had been on his waist, trying to warn him about some kind of effects? There's obviously more important things to do! Such as getting his hands on the stems of those oddly colorful and cheerful looking flowers that even in the dim light, seem to glow.
And then one of them sends a dusting of pollen right into his face.
"Yuck!" He shakes his head after his nasty little surprise. Oddly enough, he doesn't pick up any particular scent. But the rest of him starts to heat up fast while the tips of his hair begin to glow the same color of that pollen: a dull pink.
Never trust a human to do a fae's job, really. These flowers are reminiscent of one that grows during the long nights in Briar Valley, one that grows specifically during the summer nights, blossoming and leading unsuspecting fools to be practically inebriated, pushed on by lust and desire and nothing more. To undress, dance under the light of the moon -- in more than one sense of the word 'dance'.
It happens to be especially potent if one tries to pick them.
Lilia sighs as he kneels down on one knee next to Idia, making a face, "Do you never listen to your elders for even a moment? I was going to say the effects will only get worse if we don't take care of them before going in to pick them." Lilia states, scolding and firm in his tone, as if he truly were talking to someone under him.
Reaching out, Lilia grabs him by the chin, forcing Idia to look towards him, so that he can get a good look at his face, at his reaction to the pollens.
"Now you've gone and made it worse, like a lost fool not assessing the situation before diving in to battle."
He presses his thumb a little harder against his jaw, inspecting him.
Yeah, that's true. Lilia did try to warn him but there he is, his body frozen to the ground despite the heat coursing through his veins. The color in his cheeks is unstoppable: a bright and angry looking hue compared to the rest of him. The blue in his hair is almost too intense as it flickers and flares, sweat beginning to bead on his brow. While his body is flush, it's his nerves that are getting assaulted next as it takes every fiber of his being not to say exactly what's starting to happen to him. What he fears might be coming next.
"S-stop bossing me around. I'm fine, I can handle it. I just need to pull them all out first and then we can deal with it afterward," he says shakily. There's a moan behind every gasp of a word he mutters--- hidden by his desire to finish those sentences before a final one shakes out from his chest. It's a whimper behind gritting teeth and a clenched jaw, eyes staring into nothing while those pupils dilate. Not from fear but from arousal.
His dick is aching. Sore almost. That's what it feels like, like it hasn't been touched in years. Like he hasn't taken care of himself. That with every pump of his blood, there's a throb that echoes all the way through his entire body, making him both recoil in fear from not being able to control himself but also... knowing exactly what could probably cure him. At least, that's what he can guess.
With his present company, though??? The idea of asking for help is almost as painful as his erection right now.
It's already flooding the poor boy's body, isn't it? Lilia can see the flush on his face, the bright color of his hair, the way he squirms, the little noises -- all the obvious signs despite Idia's own protests and complaints. Lilia scowls, annoyance clear in his own eyes as he stares at Idia's own wide ones. He's fine? He can handle it? Is he sure about that? Lilia has half a mind to let him, to watch him squirm pathetically, unable to help himself and unable to ask for help.
Something in him wants that. The sadistic part, probably.
Either way, he lets out a huff of a laugh. Sure, okay, yeah. He's so fine, he can't even speak without moaning!
Lilia looks skeptical, because he is. He's more than skeptical, actually. He knows that Idia is outright lying, trying to pretend his way out of this situation. It won't work; they both know that, right? The small fae leans in, his eyes intense as he stares down Idia, as if he could say something just with a look.
"Really?"
One hand moves down, pressing into the ground next to Idia's leg.
"So, you want me to watch as you struggle to hold yourself together for even longer?" He knows this isn't something that Idia would be able to outlast. But... it would be entertaining to watch him try.
It's actually the worst he's ever felt before. Nowhere to run, nowhere to hide. No tablets and no monitors to use as cover. The only cover he has needs to get peeled off and fast--- his erection is shaking, trembling just like the rest of him. That when he has to finally relent and use one of his hands to reach into his pajama pants, to grab himself. To see if he can let off some of that steam building in his cheeks and head, get rid of some of that pressure.
But unfortunately for him, it seems like that pollen has other plans.
"I can... hold myself just fine," muttering under his breath. Anything louder and he might end up whimpering again. As he begins to stroke, Idia's eyes begin to widen more and more. He can't feel his own hand? It's almost like he's numb or something. The idea of whatever drug coursing through his system somehow being able to keep himself from getting off is mind-boggling. What kind of accursed plant IS this?
"Can't feel anything. What is happening?" Desperation is beginning to claw itself out, beginning with him trying to hold back tears. Frustration, arousal, disgust all combining into one chunk of something that feels heavy in his stomach.
"If you know how to fix this, then fix this! I don't care what you have to do."
Even if it means making a mess out of himself, something he'd be hard pressed to talk about ever again.
Idia was a stubborn one. One who barely gave him enough time to explain. Rather, instead of giving him that time? He seems to be falling prey quickly to this plant, this pollen, this drug that takes over him and wracks his body in a way that's impossible to ignore. Lilia watches, tilting his head slightly as he does, waiting for the realization to dawn upon him. See, what did he say? He knew what to do, how this might effect the other boy.
And, honestly? It was kind of really fucking hilarious to watch him squirm, to watch realization finally dawn on him, the panic settle in.
Then comes the demand, the desperation. It's delicious, actually? The way he practically whines, trying to find any way to take care of himself. That's practically consent - or, well. It's something different, something born out of that pathetic desperation, but who is Lilia to complain, when he's also feeling so out of it with arousal?
"Alright, alright~" He has to hold back a laugh. Oh, how he crumbled so fast. Anyways. He moves one hand, with no fan-fare to it, pressing his fingers against Idia's arm, leading down to meet his hand past the waistband of his pajama pants, to take over where he'd attempted to start.
His smaller hand moves to wrap around his arousal, thumb pressing hard into the head of his cock the moment he manages to grasp him.
"I've half a mind to bring you right to the edge and refuse your release, for how you refused to listen to me. Naughty boys should get punished, shouldn't they?" Okay, that laugh isn't held back now, as he leans in uncomfortably close, pressing his opposite hand hard down against Idia's thigh, to keep him in place.
Lilia's hand is what does the trick and he immediately bucks into that rough grip of his. The kind that would probably hurt more if he wasn't so stiff and throbbing and in slight pain from the amount of pressure he was in when his hand couldn't do the trick. Now, though? Whatever inhibitions he had have been completely wiped out of his brain, replaced with a burning desire to jerk his hips forward and try to force all of these disgusting physical imperatives out of him.
"I'm not... a naughty boy! If anyone's naughty, it's you!" He groans, gasping for air that isn't laced with that awful pollen. Idia's cheeks feel hotter than anything he's felt in his life, burning in more than just embarrassment and anxiety. All he can hear is Lilia's teasing and mocking tone, and damn if he didn't feel more aroused by it.
"And I'm not sure if I feel lucky at all. How are you not being affected?"
If anything, that just begs the question of whether Lilia's experienced in more than just being a bratty little batty. Has he exposed himself to these flowers in the past? Does he just sit around and inhale their pollen for fun? And who would help relieve him???
Idia shivers. Another ache that causes him to arch his back and whimper, a sad little noise from a guy who just can't catch a break.
oops sex pollen

Lilia states, scolding and firm in his tone, as if he truly were talking to someone under him.

And yet.
"It's not that bad!"
It is.

"... You're lucky it's hitting me as well."

"I'm not... a naughty boy!
